Cedar Heights Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out. If your purchase was not the perfect fit for your space, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery.
You have several options for returning your item, at your convenience: (1) You can Drop it off at a nearby FedEx location. (2) You can schedule a FedEx pickup from your home. (3) You can use your preferred shipping method to return your item. Note that not all return methods may be available in every case.
You are responsible for return shipping. However, we offer access to our discounted FedEx rates for both drop-off and pickup options. Please be aware that return shipping for oversized or heavy items may vary depending on: item dimensions, delivery distance, fuel surcharges, carrier availability, etc.
To qualify for a return, items must be in original condition and in the original packaging. Items being returned must include all parts, manuals, and accessories. We may not be able to accept returns that are in a damaged, or used condition.
If, in the process of shipping, your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to [ info@cedarheights.studio ] with: (1) Your order number. (2) Photos of the item and packaging. (3) A brief description of the issue. We’ll make it right, either through a replacement or a full refund.
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-14 business days. We’ll notify you once your refund has been processed.
