Refund policy

In the case that the items you receive arrive damaged or defective, Cedar Heights will offer the choice of either issuing a full refund or a replacement piece to be delivered to you at no additional cost. If a replacement piece is unavailable, a full refund will be processed. There is no need to return damaged or defective items.


For standard returns, shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items that do not follow or meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Return Policy may not qualify for a refund.


Orders that are cancelled within 24 hours of placement will also be fully refunded. You will be notified, in all instances, once your refund has been processed. Refunds are processed to the original payment method only; we cannot issue refunds to alternate accounts or cards.


Refunds typically appear in the original account within 5–14 business days after processing. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
