Return Policy

 

Should you wish to return an item, we ask that you first contact us at support@cedarheights.studio. We’ll share the appropriate return address and instructions, as we cannot accept packages sent without prior approval.


If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging, with all parts, manuals, and accessories included. Returns that show signs of damage or use beyond normal handling may not be accepted. For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within the original account within 5-14 business days, once initiated, however processing times will ultimately depend on your financial institution.  

 


If, in the process of shipping, your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to [ support@cedarheights.studio ] with: (1) Your order number. (2) Photos of the item, with damage present, and packaging. (3) A brief description of the issue. We’ll make it right, either through a replacement or a full refund.

 


After reviewing your submission, we will arrange the delivery of a replacement directly to you. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. There is no need to return the defective or damaged item.
