Does Cedar Heights design everything?
Our product collection is curated with careful intention. Some pieces are designed in-house, while others are created in collaboration with skilled artisans and makers from across the world. Each object is chosen for its sculptural sensibility and timeless elegance, a curation that allows each piece to be paired together to form a singular, soulful arrangement.

Are your products true to size and color?
Yes, though natural variations in tone and texture are to be expected, and colors may appear slightly different on digital screens.

Where can I find product dimensions?
Every item includes detailed dimensions on its dedicated product page, to help you envision how it will harmonize within your space.

Do your products require complex assembly?
Most pieces arrive ready to use, designed for immediate enjoyment. Some may require minimal assembly; when this is the case, straightforward instructions are included with its delivery. For complex fixtures such as ceiling lighting, we recommend professional installation for both safety and peace of mind.


Ordering & Shipping

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders may be adjusted or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make any changes. If you need assistance, please contact us promptly at support@cedarheights.studio.

How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You’ll then be able to follow its journey with detail, directly with the carrier.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, though timing depends on supplier, carrier, and destination. International deliveries may take longer due to customs. Selecting package tracking upon checkout will provide you with the most precise updates as your order transits on its way.

Why did I only receive part of my order?
To ensure timely delivery, items may ship separately. Each shipment will include its own tracking number, so you can anticipate each arrival.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is always included in the price you see. There are no hidden fees.

How is delivery handled?
Products will be delivered to the front door of the address listed. In-room delivery or product assembly are not included in delivery services.

What if my package is lost?
If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us at support@cedarheights.studio with your name and order number. We’ll look into it and get to work to resolve the matter with care.


Payments & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, as well as other online payment options, ensuring a seamless and secure checkout.

Why did my payment fail?
Payment failures may occur if billing details don’t match or if there’s an issue or inaccuracy in your card details. Double-check that your information is correct or contact your bank for further support if failures persist.

Do you offer promotions?
Yes, in joining the CH Circle, we will give you access to exclusive offers and special promotions, as well as getting first looks at new products and our design insights for the coming season. 

Why isn’t my promo code working?
Please ensure the code is entered correctly or that it hasn’t expired. One promotion code can be used per checkout, they cannot be combined at once. If the issue persists, please reach out, our team is here to help.

How can I unsubscribe from emails?
Click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Cedar Heights email to remove yourself from future mailings. If you are having any trouble unsubscribing from e-mails from us, please reach out to support@cedarheights.studio for further assistance. 

What is ShopPay?
ShopPay is a secure, third-party service that gives its users a streamlined checkout experience with the option to split their Cedar Heights purchase into smaller, time-based installments.


Returns & Damaged Goods

What if my item arrives damaged?
On the occasion that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at support@cedarheights.studio. Include your order number, and a brief description of the damage, as well as clear photos of the product with the damage present. We’ll work to ensure you get the right resolution, either through a product replacement or a full refund.

How do returns work?
If your piece isn’t the perfect fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at support@cedarheights.studio with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed once your return is received and reviewed, typically within 5–14 business days, to your original form of payment.

Are shipping costs refundable?
The shipping portion (already included in your purchase price) is non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
